How contributions are reported.

Donations to Independent Texans PAC, a general purpose political action committee registered with the Texas Ethics Commission since 2001, are not tax deductible.

Donations for more than $110 or any amount via electronic online payments such as credit card or bank must be reported by name, address, occupation, and employer.

HOWEVER, donations by check of up to $110 or less do not require itemization.

We cannot legally accept donations from corporations or unions. And we do not accept cash.
