Julia must have a problem with Obama approving this? Maybe she should take it up with him.

  • David Moore:

What should we do? Make the Legislature enact regulatory responsibility of the Texas Railroad Commission to define and determine common carrier status that carries eminent domain powers. According to the Texas Supreme Court, “The Railroad Commission’s process for handling T-4 permits appears to be one of registration, not of application… No hearing is held, no evidence is presented, no investigation is conducted.”

In this case, we need a government agency’s role and duties re-defined to protect both business and property owners.

    Beware the politicians.
they are the cats and we are the mice.
you all know what happens to mice.
greetings from Canada. Obama …..stick to your original decision and stop Keystone in its tracks. Obama….Harper is not Americas friend. Harpers allegiance is with Britain only and the Bank of England plus the oil barons who will pad Harpers pension plan.
I havent been to Texas since i was 20 and i am now 67. When i was in Texas i was treated like a lost son and i have never forgotten all the Joe the plumbers etc.
Canadians love Americans and these days we have to organise to protect ordinary people on both sides of the false border. I sometimes feel the border is just their so we dont talk like we should as neighbours on a street block do. We have a lot more in common than the white and black cats want us to know about each other. Dont forget that we all are the mice in this North American economy.
