Donations to Independent Texans PAC, a general purpose political action committee registered with the Texas Ethics Commission since 2001, are not tax deductible.
Donations for more than $110 or any amount via electronic online payments such as Paypal, Venmo, and credit card must be reported by name, address, occupation, and employer.
HOWEVER, donations by check of up to $110 or less do not require itemization.
We cannot legally accept donations from corporations or unions. And we do not accept cash.
